How do I add extra photos or coverage to an order?

Update a booked shoot's details yourself, or ask us to add coverage, extra photos or retouching to your order.

Written by Jennifer

💡 It depends on what you want to add, and when. Here are the four common cases, from updating a booked shoot to getting more photos or retouching.

Add details or access info to a booked shoot

If your shoot is booked and you just need to add or correct information (the meeting point, the on-site contact, a reference, or notes for the photographer), you can edit it yourself:

  1. Find your shoot → log into your Shoootin account and find the shoot in your upcoming list.

  2. Open the form → click EditChange info.

  3. Update and validate → update the details and click Validate. The information is sent automatically to the photographer and our team.

This is also where you change the date or time (up to 6 hours before the shoot). See How do I reschedule a shoot? for the full policy.

Add another unit, space, or service

Need coverage that wasn't in your original order? Contact our team and we'll add it and coordinate it on the same visit where possible:

  • Another unit or property

  • An extra space

  • Another service, such as drone or Matterport

You can also place a separate order for the additional property.

Reach us via live chat, [email protected], or +1 (929) 406-1429.

Buy more photos from a shoot already taken

If the shoot is done and you simply want more images: our photographers capture around 50% more photos than your package includes, so you can buy additional photos from that wider set. See How do I buy additional photos?

Request more retouching

For extra editing or object removals on delivered photos, submit an editing request from your account. See How do I make a photo editing request?
