💡 It depends on what you want to add, and when. Here are the four common cases, from updating a booked shoot to getting more photos or retouching.
Add details or access info to a booked shoot
If your shoot is booked and you just need to add or correct information (the meeting point, the on-site contact, a reference, or notes for the photographer), you can edit it yourself:
Find your shoot → log into your Shoootin account and find the shoot in your upcoming list.
Open the form → click Edit → Change info.
Update and validate → update the details and click Validate. The information is sent automatically to the photographer and our team.

Add another unit, space, or service
Need coverage that wasn't in your original order? Contact our team and we'll add it and coordinate it on the same visit where possible:
