When the photographer arrives
The photographer goes to the property at the appointment time you chose when booking, and generally arrives about 10 minutes before the scheduled time.
You'll find the photographer's contact details in your Shoootin account, and they have yours in their app, so it's easy to find each other or let them know about a slight delay.
How long the shoot takes
Each package includes a set amount of on-site time, shown when you book. That window is fixed: the photographer completes the full service within the scheduled time and won't stay longer.
Additional units: as a guide, additional units in the same building are about 45 minutes each.
Photo, video and Matterport: durations vary by the package and scope you choose.
If you arrive late: the shoot still ends at the scheduled time. For example, on a 1-hour shoot, arriving 20 minutes late leaves 40 minutes on site.
