How to reschedule
Open the shoot → log into your Shoootin account and open the shoot you want to change.
Change the date or time → pick a new available slot.
Confirm → you'll get instant confirmation of the new appointment.
You can reschedule up to 6 hours before the shoot. New booking slots open throughout the day, seven days a week, so finding a new time is usually quick.
Just booked and need to fix the time? You can change it free of charge within 15 minutes of confirming.
If you're inside the 6-hour window
⚠️ Once you're within 6 hours of the appointment, you can no longer reschedule online.
If something's come up, contact us through the in-app chat as early as you can and we'll do our best to help — otherwise the standard cancellation terms apply.
