Starting Point: 14 Photos, 1 Hour, $169

Our basic package offers you 14 professionally taken and edited photos with a photographer spending one hour on-site, all for $169. This package is ideal for capturing essential details and giving potential buyers or renters a clear view of the property.

More Photos, More Time

If you find that 14 photos are not enough to cover all the unique facets of your property, we have other offers available. These packages will include more photos and naturally require more time on-site from our photographers.

Important Note on Exceeding Photo Limits: Specifics Matter

It's crucial to understand how exceeding your package limitations works in practice. Let’s say you initially booked our 14-photo package for one hour at $169. If you later decide during the shoot to ask the photographer for 19 or 20 additional photos, your package will automatically upgrade to the next tier of 20 photos, 1.5 hours, and $249—even if the photographer didn't stay for the full 1.5 hours.

By understanding these details, you'll ensure that there are no surprises and that your chosen package aligns with your actual needs and budget.
