When the box "Transfer to my Matterport account" is checked your Shoootin Matterport scans will be systematically transferred to your Matterport hosting account automatically.
Filling in a transfer address (the primary email address associated with your Matterport subscription) is mandatory.
Please approve/validate the transfer requests within a maximum of seven (7) days directly from your Matterport account.
Tips: You can create a Shoootin administrator user in your Matterport account by using the address [email protected], and our teams will accept the transfer requests for you.
NB: After a transfer, our post-production teams will not be able to work on your Matterport scan unless we have an administrator account.
