💡 Yes, the app does it all. Everything you can do on the desktop platform — booking, tracking, downloading, messaging — you can also do from the Shoootin mobile app.

1. Download the app

  1. Open your app store → the App Store (iPhone/iPad) or Google Play (Android) on your device.

  2. Search → look for Shoootin.

  3. Install → tap Get / Install and wait for it to download.

  4. Open the app → once it's installed.

2. Sign in

  1. Tap Log in → on the welcome screen.

  2. Enter your email and password → the same ones you use for your Shoootin account on the website.

  3. No account yet? → you'll create one automatically when you book your first shoot (see How do I create a Shoootin account?).

✅ Once you're in, you'll land on your dashboard — the same view as on desktop.

3. Book a shoot

  1. Start a new booking → tap to begin.

  2. Enter the property → add the property address and choose the property type.

  3. Select your service(s) → photos, video, drone, Matterport, and any add-ons.

  4. Set the surface area → where it applies; the price updates automatically as you go.

  5. Pick a date and time → choose an available slot; you can book as late as 6 hours before the shoot.

  6. Pay and confirm → choose your payment method and confirm. You'll get instant confirmation.

4. Track your orders

  1. Open My shoots → see all your bookings.

  2. Tap a shoot → see its status — confirmed, captured, editing, or delivered — updated in real time.

  3. Get notified → you'll be notified when your content is ready.

5. View, download, and share media

  1. Open the delivered shoot → go to your photos / products.

  2. View and download → tap to view your media, then choose a download option.

  3. Share → share an asset with your team or partners straight from the app.

6. Get help

Tap the chat to message our team directly from the app, anytime you have a question about a shoot.

Handy in the field

Because you can book up to 6 hours before a shoot and get instant confirmation, the app is especially useful on-site with a client — check availability and lock in the shoot in real time, without waiting to get back to a desk.
