💡 Access and directions. The photographer needs to be able to get into the property and know where to go. You provide this when you book, and you can add or update it anytime before the shoot.
If you'll be on site
Just be there at the scheduled time to let the photographer in. It helps to point out any specific units, rooms, or features you want captured.
If you won't be on site
When booking, uncheck the "I'll be on site" option and provide:
On-site contact: the name and phone number of whoever will give access, so the photographer can reach them on arrival.
Access details: any codes or instructions needed to get in (lockbox code, gate or door code, concierge or leasing-office details, and parking notes).
Notes for the photographer: which unit(s) to shoot, where to go, and anything specific you want captured.

Adding or updating access details later
You can add or change these details anytime before the shoot:
Find your shoot → log into your Shoootin account and find the shoot.
Edit the info → click "Edit" → "Change info".
Save your changes → update the access details or notes and click Validate.
Getting the space ready
Access gets the photographer in the door, but a great shoot also needs the space ready (decluttered, clean, blinds open).
