If the photographer is running late
You have the photographer's contact details in your Shoootin account, and they have yours, so you can reach each other directly. Slight delays are usually sorted out quickly.
If the photographer cancels or can't make it
If your assigned photographer can't complete the shoot, we'll work to reassign another qualified local photographer or reschedule at the earliest option, and we'll keep you posted throughout.
You won't be charged for a shoot that didn't take place because of a photographer cancellation.
What to do
If you're notified that your photographer cancelled, or the photographer doesn't arrive at the scheduled time, contact us right away and we'll arrange the next step.
