How do I book multiple properties or communities at once?

Volume pricing for units in the same building, options for portfolios across locations, and how to book as a team.

💡 It depends on whether the units share an address. Several units in one building get built-in volume pricing; for a larger portfolio, our team helps you coordinate everything.

Multiple units at the same address

Shoootin offers volume pricing for multiple shoots in the same residential building:

  • First shoot: $169 — a full package of high-quality, professionally edited images.

  • Each additional unit in the same building: $120 — includes 8 edited photos and 45 minutes on site per unit.

How to book it:

  1. Book your first shoot → place it through the app or website as usual.

  2. Tell our team → let us know you have additional units in the same building, via [email protected] or live chat.

  3. We set up the rest → the other units are booked at the additional-unit rate.

Multiple properties or communities across locations

For a portfolio spread across different locations (for example, several communities in a region), you have two options:

  • Book each property: use the order form as usual.

  • Have us coordinate it: for larger volume, contact our team and we'll help schedule shoots across all your locations, give you a point of contact, and consolidate billing.

Reach us at [email protected] or +1 (929) 406-1429.

Booking at scale with your team

If several people on your team place orders, add them as users on your account so everyone books under one account with the permissions and billing controls you set. See How do user roles and permissions work?
