How it's calculated
When a shoot needs a photographer to travel beyond their normal zone, the system adds an adjustment based on how far out the property is, using a simple color code:
🟡 Yellow zone: short additional travel time.
🟠 Orange zone: medium additional travel time.
🔴 Red zone: extended distance / more remote area.
🟣 Purple zone: maximum distance / highly isolated area.
The farther the property is from the photographer's usual area, the higher the adjustment.
No surprise costs
The full total, including any travel fee, is shown before you confirm your booking — you'll never get an unexpected invoice after the shoot.
If no fee shows, the property is within a photographer's standard area and none applies.
