When booking
In the "Additional information" step of your order, enter your comments, shot list, or creative direction. Whatever you add is sent automatically to the photographer, our post-production team, and the Shoootin team. The more detail, the better.
After booking, or to update it
You can add or change your notes anytime before the shoot:
Find the shoot → log into your Shoootin account and open it.
Click "Edit" → then "Change info".
Add or update your notes → click Validate.
Longer or more detailed briefs
Have a full shot list, brand guidelines, or reference images to share? Send them to us via live chat or [email protected] and we'll make sure the photographer receives them ahead of the shoot.
What makes a useful brief
Priority shots and must-have spaces: the rooms, amenities, or angles that matter most.
Style or mood: the look you're going for.
Include or avoid: a specific view to capture, or a room to skip (for example, one under renovation).
Formats: mention if you need vertical (9:16) clips for social in addition to the standard set.
