How far in advance do I need to book?

Short-notice slots are common, but drone shoots, fixed dates and large jobs are easier to secure when you book earlier.

💡 Not far at all. You can book a shoot up to 6 hours before the appointment time and get instant confirmation. Because the platform runs 24/7, you're never waiting on a photographer's schedule: it works around yours.

Booking on short notice

  • Most areas: we can shoot within 24 hours of booking.

  • Major cities: same-day and next-day slots are frequently available.

  • New slots: they open throughout the day, seven days a week.

If you're moving fast (on-site with a client, for example), you can check availability and lock in the shoot in real time.

When to book a little earlier

A few services need extra lead time, so booking ahead gives you the most options:

  • Drone: depends on airspace approval. Standard zones are often cleared in 7 days, but restricted or airport-adjacent areas can need more time.

  • Fixed dates or specific time windows: a listing going live or a tenant's schedule is easiest to secure when you book early.

  • Multi-property or large jobs: worth arranging ahead so we can line up coverage.

If your date is fixed and you're not seeing availability, reach out early and we'll do our best to arrange it.
