Reset a Forgotten Password

If you've forgotten your password or can't log in, don't worry — you can reset it in just a few steps.

Step 1: Head over to the Shoootin login page and click the login button in the top-right corner.

Step 2: Click on "Forgotten your password?" — you'll find it right below the login form (see arrow 2 in the screenshot below).

Step 3: Enter the email address associated with your account and click "Submit".

You'll receive an email with a link to create a new password. If it doesn't show up within a few minutes, take a quick look in your spam or junk folder — it sometimes ends up there.

Don't remember which email you used?

No problem. Try searching your inbox for previous emails from Shoootin — that should tell you which address is linked to your account. If you still can't find it, our team is happy to help: call us at +1 (929) 406-1429 or email [email protected] (Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM–7:00 PM).

Change Your Existing Password

If you're already logged in and would like to update your password, it only takes a minute.

Step 1: Log into your Shoootin account.

Step 2: Click on "Your account" in the top menu, then go to "Informations". You'll see a "My password" section on the right side of the page.

Step 3: Enter your new password, confirm it, and click the "Modify" button to save.
